Who we are looking for

Purpose

Within the Global ICT Department, the person will join the Information Security team which defines the global standards for Information Security both at Corporate and Affiliates levels. The ICT Security Specialist acts as Project Manager or Application Manager, coordinating external consultants and local colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

•    Lead Information Security projects to define new group standards for Information Security;
•    Manage Information Security services and tools;
•    Report periodically to the CISO and to the Global ICT Leadership Team;
•    Define Information Security Standards and Procedures, following and verifying their adoption in the Head Quarter and in the affiliates;
•    Monitor security tools performance (e.g., mail filtering, firewalls, patching on servers), defining & maintaining KPIs;
•    Implement and manage the new Vulnerability Management tool for the Head Quarter and the affiliates;
•    Organize the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test processes for the Head Quarter and the affiliates;
•    Organize periodically email phishing campaigns to all the user of the group, monitoring results & organize user awareness trainings;
•    Support the CISO in the Information Security Risk Assessment on Business Processes.

Experience Required

At least 5 years of experience in the IT field.

Education

University Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or Cybersecurity is preferred.

Languages

Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Technical Skills

•    Extensive knowledge of main IT framework: ISO 27001, NIST cybersecurity framework, ITIL, etc.;
•    Security certifications (e.g. CCISP, CISM, CISA);
•    IT and OT Security;
•    Network management;
•    Advanced knowledge of the office 365 package, in particular Excel (VBA, Macro).
