Who we are looking for

Purpose

The Consolidation Specialist will participate in the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements and will support  the Manager in both the analysis of the Group's financial and economic data and the preparation of consolidation entries.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Management Consolidated Financial Statements both actual (monthly and quarterly) and planning;
  • Annual Statutory Consolidated Financial Statements
  • Conducting preparatory analysis and preparation of consolidation entries;
  • Participation in the intercompany reconciliation process by coordinating the activities of the foreign subsidiaries involved;
  • Conducting economic and financial analyses to support the preparation of the Group Reporting;
  • Participation in the definition, maintenance and dissemination within Group companies of the Group Chart of Accounts;
  • Drafting of corporate guidelines in accordance with IFRS.

Experience Required

At least 3/4 years of experience in the role or in accounting/auditing firms of multinational companies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Languages

Fluent English

Technical Skills

  • Excellent command of Italian and international accounting and accounting principles;
  • Excellent command of the Office package.
