Who we are looking for
Purpose
Being part of the Global Human Resources department, the Global Rewards Intern supports the “center of expertise” in a variety of its duties and activities related to compensation and benefits at Group level, contributing to a Total Rewards culture focused on employee experience, personalization, sustainability, and inclusiveness.
Main Activities
Support the Global Rewards team in the implementation and maintenance of effective and engaging Total Rewards systems and processes for Chiesi Group, contributing to both our long-term strategy and short-mid-term targets and to an organizational culture based on meritocracy and recognition.
Support the maintenance and administration of the Job Evaluation and Grading framework and tool, in line with our global Governance.
Contribute to the administration of the yearly Performance Management & MBO process at Global level, including systems/information setup and advisory to HR colleagues, monitoring and reporting on timing, outcomes (KPI), overall effectiveness and quality of the process.
Contribute to the administration of the Global Long Term Incentive plan, with a focus on periodic monitoring of the defined targets.
Support ad-hoc salary/labor market researches and analysis to create awareness about the quality of the Chiesi Total Rewards (both in terms of external competitiveness and internal equity).
Support the administration of the HQ Benefits Plan, with a focus on the yearly Flexible Benefits scheme.
Contribute to the maintenance of the HR Information System tools (SuccessFactors).
Support to proper communication and training plans for the key processes in scope for the area.
Education
Master Degree, preferably in Economics or Law
Languages
Fluent English, both written and spoken
