Who we are looking for

Purpose

The role will be part of the Global Direct Procurement team, which is responsible for the purchasing process of all materials used in the drug manufacturing process. The team is divided by product categories, with local support at production sites in France and Brazil.

Main Activities

-    Support the management and follow-up of industrial purchase orders from the PO creation to the invoice payment.
-    Support the spend analysis by sub-category and analyse the spend forecast, for possible consolidation and synergies of spend.
-    Support the supplier qualification process in accordance with Chiesi Sustainable Procurement guidelines and support the escalation process in case of problems.
-    Support the correct supplier evaluation in accordance with Chiesi Sustainable Procurement guidelines, involving and supporting Operations colleagues in the suppliers evaluation process.
-    Support the monitoring KPIs in order to analyse results, define and share corrective actions, keep track of buying performance. Main focus will be given on the Cost and Delivery Performance KPIs. 
-    Support the preparation & management of supplier discussions in collaboration with the internal departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, etc.).
-    Respect the Code of Conduct, Policy anti-bribery and other policies of our program of Ethics and Integrity.

Education

Academic degree in Engineering or Economics;

Languages

Academic degree in Engineering or Economics. A study expereince aborad will be consider a plus

Contract and Facilities

6 months internship
Monthly Reimbursement of 1000 Euros
