Who we are looking for

Purpose

Global Compliance is a Chiesi Group Function established in 2015 within the Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Department. The purpose of this Function is to ensure increasing adherence to international standards on ethics, anti-bribery and antitrust, as well as a more effective coordination at Group level on these topics. Since its establishment, the structure of the Global Compliance Function has been strengthened and expanded to substantially cover the entire Group.
In 2023, the “Ethics, Transparency & Anti-bribery Compliance” unit was established within the Global Compliance Function. This unit has also been assigned the role of Anti-bribery Compliance Function pursuant to the ISO 37001:2016 standard.
In this role you will be part of a global dynamic, international and challenging team, specifically responsible for managing the global compliance program (in the ethics, transparency and anti-bribery field) and the compliance-related certifications, ensuring the highest applicable standards and the necessary harmonization across the Group.

Main Activities

Support Global Ethics, Transparency and Anti-bribery Compliance Officer in:
• Drafting compliance policies/guidelines/SOPs (e.g. on the following topics: anti-bribery, interactions with HCPs/HCOs/patients, donations and sponsorships, transfer of values) 
• Defining and reviewing of the annual compliance programme
• Defining compliance communication plans and messages 
• Defining and monitoring compliance trainings (including: 231, anti-bribery, conflict of interest, etc.)
• Managing transfer of value collection and publication
• Coordinating affiliates in the publication of transfer of values
• Managing Chiesi whistleblowing system
• Updating and reviewing Chiesi 231 Model
• Executing monitoring activities on 231 sensitive processes (e.g.: donations, sponsorships, trainings, conflict of interest)
• Maintaining and extending ISO 37001 certification (including coordinating affiliates in implementing ISO 37001 requirements) 
• Completing and filing anti-bribery management system documentation (e.g. nonconformities register, conflict of interest register, reputational due diligence register)
• Conducting compliance audits (e.g. scientific information and ISO 37001)
• Carrying out and managing reputational due diligence
• Maintaining the “Rating di legalità”
• Searching compliance technology solutions (e.g. anti-bribery compliance self-assessment tools, data analytics systems)

Education

Law Master Degree (a Master in compliance 231 is a plus).

Languages


 Deep knowledge of English (additional languages is a plus).

Technical Skills

Knowledge of:
• Criminal legislation (with a focus on anti-bribery);
• Digital instruments/Apps/Databases (knowledge of SAP is a plus).

Contract and Benefit
