Who we are looking for

Purpose

To strengthen our Global Alliance capabilities Chiesi are searching for an high potential candidate for a stage of 6-8 months in the Alliance Team.
The Alliance Management Team is an integral part of the Global Business and Corporate Development and plays a critical role in supporting Company growth contributing to the build-up of the Portfolio and Pipeline through Partnership.
The Alliance team is responsible for monitoring and managing contractual obligations and relationship with partners across a variety of indications and stage of development (from discovery to commercial) if the geographic scope is Regional or Global.

Main Activities

The Candidate will support the Alliance team in organizing and orchestrating a number of cross-functional activities liaising in particular with Legal, Business Development, Project Management, and Finance. 

 

You will be involved in the following activities:
•    AMP (Alliance Management Platform):
     Usability requirements collections and confirmation
     Compliance of all Managers to same protocols and process to collect the approval of the JxC Minutes
     Liaise and support the IT department during the migration 


•    MCPM (Management of Contractual Obligations):
      Review product specifications and functionality
      Liaise with IT to review pain points on integration with other systems and user interface requirements
     Provide tests on functionality
     Issue a RFP (request for proposal) to selected external providers and assess their platforms characteristics and gaps 


•    Health Check: 
      Liaise with Alliance mangers to agree a calendar of surveys which shall encompass all strategic partnership
      Submit and monitor responses of the questionnaire to partners
      Review questionnaire structure and automatize functionality to simplify read out to support Alliance Managers’ analysis and recommendations for partnership restructuring


•    Alliance Risks Migration plan into Archer Platform
     Support the Alliance managers in the update of Alliance Risks database
     Liaise with Archer provider to ensure data formatting allows bulk upload in the system
     Quality control on migrated data, at the end of bulk upload
 

Education

Degree in life sciences and/or pharmaceutical sciences or an equivalent degree in informatics, engineering or health economics.

Languages

Fluency in English is mandatory.
