Who we are looking for
Purpose
Are you a newly graduated in HR looking for the chance to join a company that will allow you to develop an all-round knowledge of HR topics and activities? Do you want to join a company that values its employees and will help you develop real skills and competences in this field?
We are looking for an HR intern to join our Global Manufacturing Division HR Team.
Main Activities
The HR Intern will support our GMD HR Business Partners in the following activities:
• Key referent for specific project about our supplementary contract;
• Support the area HRs in the managing of interviews with candidates;
• Support in managing personnel at SAP level (master data, terminations, extensions, review of organizational charts);
• Support in administrative topics (pay, benefit, welfare);
• Support in the management of HR processes (performance management, talent review, salary review, talent development, etc.);
• Support in organizing HR initiatives and programs (group assessments, local employer branding, people care).
Education
Economics, Legal or Humanistic background.
A master in HR would be a plus.
Languages
Fluent in English
Technical Skills
Use of Microsoft Office applications advance use of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
