To ensure the development, monitoring, and international deployment of its products, NHCO Nutrition®, a leading player in the food supplement, is looking for an R&D Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities
As part of the Product Design and Lifecycle Management (LCM) team, you will work under the supervision of the LCM Manager and be responsible for the following missions:
1) Management of products of the Aminoscience Health Range Portfolio
- Design and manage product lifecycle (launch, reformulation, industrial transfer, repositioning) of the aminoscience health range, in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Carry out bibliographic research, select raw materials, develop and validate formulas.
- Coordinate industrial development stages with internal and external stakeholders, while keeping costs and deadlines under control.
- Collaborate with marketing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver relevant products and content that correspond to the needs of our international customers.
- Consider the international dimension in product development (regulatory constraints, consumer profiles, etc.).
2) Market Expertise - R&D Innovation
- Competitive intelligence activities with a specific focus on new/innovative ingredients
- Identify market opportunities and threats.
- Develop action plans in collaboration with LCM.
3) Additional mission: Pharmaceutical Expertise
- Understand constraints related to the pharmacy sector and major treatments delivered.
- Provide necessary support to those responsible for nutrivigilance (master interactions or contraindications, search for adverse effects, etc.).
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar job as an R&D Project Manager / Technical Product Manager in food supplements and/or pharmaceuticals
- Understanding how pharmacies work and the expectations of pharmacist. Experience in pharmacy is an asset.
Education
Degree in Pharmacy or Food Industry and/or Nutrition Engineering
Languages
Fluent English (both spoken and written); any additional language would be appreciated
Technical Skills
⦁ Knowledge in physiopathology, phytotherapy, and the European food supplements market
⦁ Knowledge of the human body, micronutrition, product development, galenics
⦁ Knowledge and analysis of pharmacy markets and major players (in France and Europe)
⦁ Organization, project management, rigor, autonomy, adaptability.
⦁ Facility with computer tools such as the Microsoft Office suite, Zotero, SAP, Canva, or PLM usage
