Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

This role builds and maintains strategic relationships with KOLs across respiratory brands, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, customer experience priorities, and enterprise-wide collaboration. It drives launch readiness and performance by leveraging Regional Marketing Liaison insights, supporting key business objectives, and promoting a customer-first mindset. The position also serves as a connector across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Customer Experience, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution and innovation. Operational excellence and compliance are core to the role, with a focus on maintaining high standards across all Regional Marketing Liaison activities.

You’ll be responsible for:

Thought Leader Strategy & Engagement

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with respiratory KOLs to support speaker programs, advisory roles and congress participation.
  • Appropriately and compliantly collaborate with Medical and Sales teams to expand thought leader networks and support launch readiness
  • Leverage insights for business development and pipeline evaluation

 

Commercial Performance & Launch Execution

  • Support execution of MBOs and CEP plans tied to Thought Leader engagement

 

Customer Experience Leadership

  • Promote customer-centric culture across Thought Leader team and broader teams
  • Present Chiesi corporate narrative during TL meetings
  • Partner with Customer Experience team to develop listening platforms and co-create value-added programs
  • Align Thought Leader engagement with NPS and Customer Experience goals

 

Enterprise Collaboration

  • Serve as strategic liaison across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Customer Experience, Value & Access, and Training
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and share insights
  • Drive innovation and responsiveness in Thought Leader engagement

 

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure team-wide adherence to Chiesi policies, regulations, and expense guidelines

 

Strategic Impact

  • Drive regional KOL strategy aligned to national brand objectives
  • Support product launch readiness and lifecycle optimization
  • Strengthen peer-to-peer speaker development strategy
  • Provide actionable competitive and clinical insights
  • Elevate brand presence within healthcare systems and Centers of Excellence
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure field alignment

You will need to have

  • 5+ years in biopharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated KOL engagement experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and institutional influence pathways
  • Experience operating within a matrix organization

We would prefer for you to have

  • Respiratory therapeutic experience
  • Marketing or brand management experience
  • Hospital representative managing large territory
  • Thought leader or regional marketing liaison experience with demonstrated business acumen
  • Product Manager or Strategic Account experience
  • Product launch experience in specialty markets

Location

Field-Based/Remote position, up to 75% travel as necessary to meet job requirements; This role will cover the NE geography. Candidates must live in CT, ME, MD, MA, NH, NY, PA, RI, VT, NJ, DE, DC.  #LI-Remote

Compensation

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $215,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
