Purpose

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR Team.  

Responsible for managing and co-ordinating the end to end internal and external recruitment process across the business, working within budget and time to hire targets, using and maintaining the Company’s recruitment and applicant tracking platform.  The post-holder will be responsible for developing multi-channel attraction campaigns to attract talent  across the whole of the business, and manage and develop appropriate selection processes and techniques to ensure  the appointment of high calibre talented candidates.  A strong team-player, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners, Internal Communications Manager and business leads to ensure recruitment campaigns align with business strategy and values.

Profile

 

An experienced in-house Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, including developing, designing and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies and creating appropriate assessment materials.  This experience, coupled with the ability to create strong internal and external working relationships which will equip you to understand the requirements of hiring managers and work seamlessly with external providers when sourcing candidates.

Stakeholder engagement is key to success  in this role so you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be familiar with multi-channel communication methods, have experience of managing projects, possess well-developed planning and organisation skills, have strong IT skills and a proven track record of delivering results.

Role requirements

 

Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards the CIPD qualification (funding may be provided).

•        Ideally educated to a minimum of A’ Level standard with good verbal and numerical skills.

•        Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet platforms, Success Factors and external recruitment sites and multi-channels e.g. LinkedIn.

•        Experienced in recognising and acting on opportunities to improve ways of working.  Able to challenge, where necessary in a constructive and professional way.

•        Excellent administrative and organisational skills as the role requires significant multi-tasking which involves reprioritisation of workload on a regular basis.

•        Excellent attention to detail skills and the ability to produce work to a consistency high standard.

•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively and diplomatically with a range of people.
