Who we are looking for
Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Marketing and University Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative talent marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications team to build a strong employer brand and create compelling candidate experiences. Additionally, you will focus on attracting top talent and building strong relationships with universities to support our talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a deep understanding of talent acquisition, and a proven track record in university relations.
Main Responsibilities
Talent Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, job boards, and company websites.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of talent marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize employer branding initiatives across various channels, including social media, job boards, and company website.
- Create engaging content, including job descriptions, blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to promote the company culture and job opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent marketing and employer branding.
- Develop and manage the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the US focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent by showcasing the company's culture, values, and employee benefits.
University Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions.
- Develop and implement university recruitment programs, including internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring.
- Organize and participate in campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for university partners and student organizations.
Brand Ambassador:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Chiesi, promoting our culture and values.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in talent marketing, recruitment, or employer branding.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field; or 7+ years equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree.
