Omnichannel Marketing Partner - Neonatology

Purpose
The Omnichannel Marketing Manager - Neonatology will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance the reach and impact of our neonatology products/campaigns. They will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the omnichannel ecosystem that services a wide variety of customer/persona/account needs. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidate is local able to work hybrid model out of Cary, NC office.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Define and lead the omnichannel marketing strategy in coordination with brand/campaign strategies set by the product manager.
- Participate and lead franchise-level omnichannel marketing strategic programs; elevate brand-level strategic thinking to franchise-level applications
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing strategies, including AI-driven customer segmentation, personalized content creation, and predictive analytics.
- Insights, Analytics, and Measurement:
- Identify channel and consumer experience trends and ensure that omnichannel content development is driven by actionable insights.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Content Development:
- Partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to develop impactful and meaningful content across the multiple channels; explore multiple techniques/technologies to rapidly feed an omnichannel engine
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and in-store.
- Manage the submission of marketing assets through the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Experience Required
Experience Required:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, online marketing, and user experience.
- Ability to edit HTML and use Adobe Creative Cloud apps to rapidly create/edit digital content.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with the content review process/workflows.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience Preferred:
- Significant experience in the healthcare/biotech industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with pharmaceutical MLR review processes and familiarity FDA guidelines on digital pharma promotion
- Experience with AI tools and technologies for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency with content management systems, particularly Veeva PromoMats and WordPress.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field. Applicable work experience also acceptable.
