Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

The Content Marketing Manager supports the U.S. CARE Marketing Team by leading executional, derivative, and maintenance work for assigned brands. This role helps bring approved brand strategy to life by managing promotional assets, campaign updates, field tools, digital tactics, and review-ready deliverables from intake through completion.

 

The role partners closely with Product Managers, Project Coordination, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, agencies, freelancers, and review teams to ensure assigned work is delivered on scope, on time, and in alignment with brand, regulatory, and business requirements.

 

Success in this role requires strong project ownership, attention to detail, sound executional judgment, and the ability to move work forward while knowing when Product Manager direction is needed. The Manager, Brand Marketing Execution plays an important role in creating executional consistency, strengthening promotional review readiness, supporting field and campaign needs.

 

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing CARE marketing organization by ensuring brand execution is clear, coordinated, compliant, and operationally efficient.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Brand Execution & Project Leadership
    • Lead execution of approved brand initiatives, including emails, digital content, sales materials, campaign updates, and other promotional assets.
    • Manage projects from intake through delivery, including scope, requirements, stakeholder alignment, approvals, timelines, risks, and closeout.
    • Translate Product Manager direction into actionable deliverables and escalate decisions related to strategy, messaging, claims, prioritization, or budget.
    • Facilitate project status meetings, drive accountability, and proactively resolve issues impacting timing, quality, scope, or budget.
    • Ensure all deliverables align with approved strategy, brand standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
  • Agency, Review & Campaign Management
    • Manage agencies, vendors, and execution partners by providing clear briefs, feedback, priorities, and delivery expectations.
    • Lead PRB/MLR review execution, including submission preparation, annotations, comment resolution, approvals, and final release coordination.
    • Maintain quality and compliance across claims, references, documentation, version control, and promotional review requirements.
    • Partner with Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams to improve execution, review readiness, and operational effectiveness.
    • Coordinate campaign activation, measurement, reporting inputs, and handoffs across digital, CRM, operations, and reporting teams.
    • Capture campaign insights, field feedback, and performance learnings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management & Development
    • Manage project budgets, estimates, SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and spend tracking.
    • Partner with Product Managers, Finance, Procurement, and agencies to ensure effective budget and resource management.
    • Escalate significant budget, investment, timeline, or scope decisions as needed.
    • Support project closeout activities, including documentation, invoice reconciliation, and asset handoff.
    • Build leadership, project management, and digital marketing capabilities through ongoing development and learning opportunities.

You will need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare marketing, marketing operations, agency account management, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience with promotional material development, PRB / MLR review, campaign execution, field materials, digital tactics, or multichannel marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, creative partners, internal production teams, or cross-functional executional partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, inputs, feedback cycles, and stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing materials for regulated review, including annotations, references, routing, comment resolution, and approval tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, summarize decisions, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

We would prefer for you to have

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Veeva PromoMats, CRM, marketing automation, digital asset management systems, or related marketing operations tools.
  • HCP marketing, hospital product, acute care, or specialty pharmaceutical experience.
