Chiesi España is looking for a Procurement Intern to join our Team to support Chiesi organization’s procurement needs.
As an Intern Procurement, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of procurement. You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn about various procurement processes, including policy, vendor qualification, vendor & contract management. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop essential skills and knowledge that will prepare you for a successful career in procurement.
Requirements and Specifications:
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s related to Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Possibility to formalize an internship agreement with your university.
- Availability of 6 months to a year, preferably full-time.
- Remuneration: 1056€ gross/month and restaurant vouchers for full-time dedication.
Tasks
- Supplier Evaluation: Contribute to the evaluation of supplier performance to ensure compliance with sustainability criteria.
- Data Analysis & Data Presentation: Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Sustainability: Research and identify best practices to improve sustainability in purchasing.
- Spend Classification: Support the administration of spend classification and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Participate in projects to improve procurement processes and data management.
- Supplier KPI Development: Assist in developing supplier key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk management tools.
- Reporting: Help prepare reports and dashboards on assigned categories.
- Sourcing: Support the sourcing process and negotiations for purchase terms and conditions.
Preferred Skills
- Analytical mindset & Strong MS Excel skills to create reports, tools, monitor KPI performance, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially Teamwork.
- Multilingual skills: Fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of French or Portuguese is positively valued.
