Chiesi Corporate Functions

At Chiesi, the Corporate Functions serve as drive and support for the Group’s business operations. Encompassing key areas such as Global Finance, Global Procurement, Global ICT, Global Human Resources, Global Legal, Compliance & IP, and Global Communications & Public Affairs, these functions ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational integrity.

Complementing these functions, the Transformation Office is responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of the organization. It promotes an integrated, digital, and customer-centric approach, supporting growth, efficiency, and value creation in an increasingly data-driven world. The Transformation Office ensures coherence between vision and execution, acting as a catalyst for change across the entire organization.

The Strategy, Sustainability & Growth Department is also part of the Corporate Functions. It includes areas such as Global Strategy, SV&S and Business Development, Competitive Intelligence, and other key capabilities. It is accountable for defining the ‘One Chiesi’ Strategy and allocating resources to create long-term, sustainable, shared value for the Group and its stakeholders.

 

Who we are looking for

Purpose

As part of our mission to create engaging communications that connect all colleagues to our strategic objectives and shared Chiesi mission, we are seeking a motivated intern to support us in planning, developing and executing communications on a variety of topics and initiatives, including the company's strategies, operations and developments, and to contribute to strengthening the Chiesi culture. The resource will work closely with the Internal Communication team also on the execution of corporate events. 

Main Activities

Assist in the development of internal communication strategies and in their implementation over time.  

Manage various internal communication channels including Intranet, digital signage, Microsoft O365, Viva Engage and Teams, other digital tools such as Slido.  

Support the organization of corporate events such as global town halls and other functional annual meetings. 

Drive consistency with the Group's visual identity across all communication channels and materials. 

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for improving internal communication effectiveness. 

Conduct research on best practices in internal communication and propose innovative solutions. 

Update the global communication calendar and manage the related agendas accordingly.  

Work with various internal global stakeholders to elaborate and execute communication tactics and plans related to specific projects within Chiesi. 

Education

Degree in Communication, Foreign languages. Other qualifications with specialisation in the field will be considered.  

 

Languages

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. 

A study experience abroad will be consider a plus

 

Technical Skills

Knowledge of basic communication techniques  

Good written and verbal communication skills.  

Mastery of the Microsoft O365 suite. 

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
